Press Release: Cambodian New Year Celebration 2018
Dear Sir/Madam:
The Cambodian Coordinating Council (Cam-CC) committee members are thrilled to extend an open invitation to community businesses, organizations and all ethnic backgrounds to partake in the Cambodian New Year’s Celebration, which will be held at El Dorado Park on April 21, 2018. The Cambodian New Year’s Parade has been postponed. Cam-CC would like to present our proposal regarding sponsorship opportunities and monetary donations are welcomed. This event will showcase the preservation of the Cambodian Culture. Cam-CC committee members aim to foster understanding and unite all ethnic groups as we bring in the Cambodian New Year Celebration for 2018.
Cam-CC was founded in 1999 as a non-profit organization with a 501(c)3 status. The first New Year Celebration took place in 2000 at El Dorado Park. Cam-CC continues to host the Cambodian New Year each year. In 2007, Cam-CC hosted 2 events for the first time after merging with the Cambodian New Year Parade Association.
This New Year 2018, is a great and prosperous year for all businesses, organizations and the community of all ethnic backgrounds to collaborate and show support. Your involvement would help highlight the importance of the unity and growth in our Long Beach Community. Cam-CC hopes that you are interested in joining us this 2018 Cambodian New Year Celebration. Events like this will demonstrate how businesses and organizations can contribute for the greater good of our community.
